Over a decade of experience on the continent has taught us that Africa faces significant infrastructure challenges that require strategic, multi-dimensional solutions. Habitat and Urban Development
We devised the habitat and urban development Vision 2030 program of a presidential candidate for a southern African country.
The program was articulated around seven levers across key themes: improving the urban infrastructure fabric, facilitating access, smart urban management.
Mixed-Use PPP Development
We conducted a feasibility study for a 68,000 sq.m, $250 million mixed-use project integrating hotel, offices, residential, and retail spaces. This development aims to create a vibrant urban center, fostering economic growth and community engagement.
Business Tower Development
We led the development of a 48,000 sq.m, $76 million business tower. Our comprehensive approach included structuring, financing, and execution, resulting in a state-of-the-art facility that attracts international businesses to the region.
Special Economic Zone Infrastructure
We structured and raised $50 million in financing to develop the primary infrastructure of a special economic zone on a priority phase of 97 hectares. This project laid the foundation for increased foreign investment and job creation in the country.

Taslim Ngom is an executive level consultant, developer, and investor with extensive experience in sustainable urban infrastructure and real estate development in Africa. His work is driven by a passion for leveraging data intelligence and innovative financing to build resilient and inclusive urban spaces and infrastructure that contribute to long-term economic, social, and environmental progress on the continent.
Over the years, Taslim has honed his expertise in structuring, financing, and executing large-scale, high-impact development projects that address the continent's urgent infrastructure needs. He collaborates with stakeholders from the public and private sectors, as well as financial institutions, to support the implementation of regulatory frameworks, public policies, and structured financing mechanisms tailored to Africa's unique realities. He also leverages his extensive local and global network of technical partners to provide cutting-edge design, execution, and management. His goal is to bridge the significant infrastructure financing gap by tapping into local and international capital markets and fostering partnerships that accelerate sustainable and positive urban and territorial positive transformation.
His experience spans advisory roles at Deloitte, financial analysis at Google, investment management at Eleis, and development management at SERTEM, where he has led projects that improve the quality of life for citizens and provide businesses with environments in which they can thrive.
